Shipping policy

We hate waiting for delivery so we aim to ship most orders the same day. The earlier in the day the order is placed, the more likely it will be dispatched that day and orders placed after 3pm will be shipped next day.

Expected delivery times:

UK: Our deliveries are usually between 24-48 hours depending on back orders
Republic of Ireland: 3-7 days (working days)
Europe: 7-10 days (working days)
Worldwide: 10-20 days (working days)

All delivery time times are estimates and are not 100% guaranteed, we give as accurate delivery times as possible and when possible will inform you of any delays. Made to order items will incur a longer delivery time – this will be stated on the listing and your order receipt.

Customs & additional Charges:

All import duty and local taxes incurred when importing orders will be a cost borne by the customer.

Since Brexit, it is likely that customs and duty charges may be changed for non-UK orders. This is out of our control.
