Reclaimed shades are often the centrepiece of an interior redesign and to fully enhance your shades the bulb mounting is critical. Many of the industrial shades used Giant Edison Screw (GES) fittings or mercury lamps which were really big but are no longer available.

Often, if you use a standard lamp holder the bulb will still be mounted in the neck of the shade giving either a restricted light output or a strange appearance.

We produce a custom lamp holder to suit the majority of enamel lamp shades, especially those with longer necks. This holder brings the buld into the "bowl" of the shade and works really well with feature bulbs.
